Final LRPS Panel

This gallery shows the final selection of images for my successful LRPS panel.

The 10 images must be mounted and in a layout pattern to produce a cohesive and balanced panel. The Licentiateship award is given to demonstrate a competence in photography so the images must be technically correct i.e. sharp where necessary, well exposed, free from digital errors and well composed. It is the first level of awards in the Royal Photographic Society, the others being Associate (ARPS) and Fellow (FRPS).

I have created the same look and feel here online as the actual presentation by including the mounts, realtive print sizes and correct layout. The only comment I received on the day from the assessors was that they felt the Lion's paw (9) did not quite balance with the Lapwing bird (7) and maybe there should have been another bird image in its place. They also pointed out that the drummer (8) was in the ideal place as it was a completely different type of image.
